Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used supplements (hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code of 30% or more
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at postmaster@usxlab.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without approval.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. Email postmaster@usxlab.com with your order number to cancel.
